John Paul Jones is in the 'popular romantic' orchestral tradition of modern musical theatre. Featuring a theatre orchestra and large chorus, the music is at times lush and uplifting, at times humorous, at times folk-influenced, but always exhilarating, accomplished, melodic and inspiring.
